Add links to cards for oe-gui commutator tutorial

I edited the original post to not resolve issue-37 because onix-source is not released yet, and I don't think this issue will be truly solved until it is. However, I think we should update the page to link to the acq-board commutation tutorial in the meanwhile.

• ONIX Source plugin is available in beta atm. However, we don't have a tutorial page for commutation akin to the one for the acq board https://open-ephys.github.io/acq-board-docs/Tutorials/Commutator.html - Will we be supporting ONIX OE GUI tutorials? In what doc site 👀 - we had decided on putting the spi commutator tutorial in the hardware docs because it was specific for the acq board hardware, but in the case of ONIX hardware docs, including OE GUI tutorials there would be kind of one-up the Bonsai Onix1 docs? will we maintain yet another site? ugh. maybe the solution is to stick the tutorial in the GUI docs, and link out to hardware connectivity for acq board or for ONIX. idk tbh

We discussed moving this tutorial back to the gui docs and reference both the acquisition board and ONIX, so that we can link to it from both the ONIX Source plugin page, Acquisition Board plugin page and the Acquisition Board docs. (Because we don't have an ONIX in OEGUI docs).

this latest commit requires that the commutator tutorial in the gui-docs is merged (open-ephys/gui-docs#89)
