Menu editor and Static Pages Support Support

Hello,
it would be great if one could add static pages to the openeats software, similar to the News functionality and link to them in the menu bar in the footer or header section of the frontpage/www-facing side of eprints.

It would also already suffice if one could add a news post to the header or Footer menu as a clickable link to make specific pages reachable from every subpage of the public part of openeats.

The reason is, that in many countries one needs to link to privacy policies or an imprint (documentation of the legal owner of the website) in order to be able to host openeats publicly.

Summary:

• (optional) Static pages, similar to newspost in combination with the menu editor
• Menu editor in order to be able to add links to static pages/news posts/recipes to the menu
• Needed to be able to create static legal pages like privacy policies or imprints.
