aws-redshiftseverless: backlog for unsupported properties in aws-cdk-lib v2.120.0

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I've submitted PR for Redshift Serverless L2 Construct using aws-cdk-lib v2.120.0.

But, some properties are missing.

After the resolution of #36, I plan to add the currently unsupported properties when aws-cdk-lib update becomes available in the future.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add missing properties for Namespace and Workgroup Construct.

• Namespace
  • AdminPasswordSecretKmsKeyId and ManageAdminPassword: High priority because this feature enables managing credentials with Secrets Manager.
  • SnapshotCopyConfigurations: Copy snapshots to another region. This feature is not necessarily required I think.
  • RedshiftIdcApplicationArn: The property to integrate with IIC. I won't add because IIC L2 Construct does not exist.
• Workgroup
  • MaxCapacity: High Priority to because max capacity is useful for serverless workload to save cost.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Use escape hatches.

FYI: We have now upgraded the cdk version to v2.168.0. Still we are on version 0 and can raise it further if needed.
