We should add a prompt that says "You confirm that the content you are uploading is under the license you provided and that it is not malware".

There should also be a warning downstream of User Submitted Content and the possibility of danger

Technically we are not hosting the packages, as they are linking out to GitHub Releases or other websites. However that could change in the future, and we do already host the screenshots and audio files.

We already have licenses populated, but that usually covers code but not creative assets etc It is a good idea to get ahead of this before the registry scales further.
