Previously the economics output files created from ReefModEngine.jl runs treated unique interventions run with a unique climate model as as a unique scenario instance requiring a unique ID. Due to changes in the approach of the economics modelling, unique climate models for the same intervention no longer require different IDs, as ecological uncertainty sampling will now occur over multiple climate models for the same intervention. These changes reflect this, so that the run name is used to identify unique scenarios, so multiple climate models run for the same intervention are given the same ID in the economics input file creation.
