Resolves an error during 'mvn install' #12

If the python-zxing folder is cloned before the mvn installs, this error surfaces during the mvn install : 'Failed to execute goal org.apache.rat:apache-rat-plugin:0.11:check (default) on project zxing-parent: Too many files with unapproved license:' These files with unapproved license are the files in python-zxing folder.

Indeed I experienced this issue today during install of ZXING core and was able to get around it by deleting the folder and calling |

I kept getting this error:
Failed to execute goal org.apache.rat:apache-rat-plugin:0.11:check (default) on project zxing-parent: Too many files with unapproved license:Turns out all the files with unapprroved licenses were in the python-zxing folder. Cloning that particular repo at the end solved the issue. It was not clear in the initial README.
