Improve the autorun settings for the test details card

We will try and improve the layout of the card detail page, but we might also want to consider adding some copy explaining that this is for managing automated testing only

To be clear: this is a suggestion/idea but we don't necessarily have to do it

One idea could be to provide some better visual separation of the settings section with some sort of container and then after that add some copy explaining how this works.

In any case we should probably plan for doing this post-launch.
