Categories pagination hyperlink error

When there are more categories then a **/categories/page/2/** is being generated.

**Error: The hyperlink error to the next page missing the base.**

This is the current format that links to the next page:

`https://categories/page/2/`

and to the main categories page:

`https://categories/`
