Two issues: - We currently store Ontology -> class relationships on atomicdata.dev, not in this repo. - The default_store.json file has grown too large. What we should do - We should have seperate files for the different ontologies `core.json` `commit.json` - These should also contain the actual ontology, including the class / property relationships
