Description
Presently, the default image renderer for screenshots in the terminal is iTerm2's propretiary escapes. There exists Sixel which performs a similar task, but its supported by a number of terminal emulators, including iTerm2, and with a bit of work, even vscode. Adding support for sixel would enable support for far more terminal emulators than at present.
