RN: main.jsbundle does not exist

Add to package.json, note that name field must not be upper cased and space

"build:ios": "react-native bundle --entry-file ./index.js --platform ios --bundle-output ios/main.jsbundle"

To workaround Bitrise problem, track main.jsbundle in git.
Tried upgrade to node 10.10 https://discuss.bitrise.io/t/how-can-i-downgrade-nodejs-how-to-install-a-specific-nodejs-version/2006

Still does not work. In th mean time, use Fabric instead
