As mentioned in #16, iOS widgets use a different memory cache to the iOS app. This PR adds a bool to
Optionswhich allows the user to bypass the memory cache and always read from the on-disk cache in situations like this when the in-memory cache can end up out-of-date.I wasn't sure if there's a good way to test this but I'm happy to add a test if anyone has a suggestion for how to structure it, too.
