UNKNOWNS:
fcl.txnow uses websocket streaming & is the way that most devs interact with transactions via the SDK, especially for sheduled txns. It is not known whether we will have support at launch. There is an existing legacy polling implementation that still lives in the codebase that could be used as a stop gap if necessary
