Add example ERC20/ERC721 transfer from COA transaction

### Description

Recent feedback revealed the need for a simple token Cadence transaction to transfer ERC20 and ERC721 tokens from a COA. This could be added in the [Interacting With a COA guide](https://developers.flow.com/evm/cadence/interacting-with-coa).
