To run locally, install Jekyll following the instructions at
https://jekyllrb.com/docs/ and then run `serve.sh` in this directory.

Notes:

Jekyll uses Liquid for page templating and Kramdown for Markdown rendering.

This site is built using the Bulma CSS framwork (https://bulma.io/).

Layout:

* "base" and derived "default" have the "onecommons experiment" nav

* "home" (and derived "content", "post", "tags") have the latest nav

* "cw" and "comingsoon" (unused) are stand-along
