Toolbar change height NavigationBar

I have a navigation bar below, when I move the Toolbar, the navigation bar is also moved, I don't know how to handle it, can you help me?

Looks like you're using something like bottom navigation bar. You can fix the composable at the bottom using experimental Modifier.align().

in the last position of the lazy list i have set the bottom padding, when scrolling the list to the top, but the list has not scrolled to the last item, the bottom padding position is also dragged

I checked your issue, it seems it is an intended behavior. The reason is that your layout gives bottom padding to the outer layout. You are using EnterAlwaysCollapsed mode, and the mode will measure its child with constraint whose max height is that of the toolbar itself because the child should be pulled up until it reaches the top of the toolbar. Please note that the CollapsingToolbarLayout in Android Jetpack behaves the same.

A quick fix for your case is placing Spacer composable at the end of the list instead of using a padding.
