Changes / Features implemented

  • refactor(docker): update dockerfile
  • refactor(ci): ensure caching is configured correctly
  • refactor(ci): remove alpine ci build

Steps taken to verify this change does what is intended

  • QA

Side effects of implementing this change

  • Smaller image sizes from around 2.03GB to 1.7GB
  • Less bloat/unused packages on the final images

- Reduce image size to 1.73GB from 2.03GB
- Speed up Docker image builds

- We don't necessarily use it anywhere at the moment due to issues with
  the SavReaderWriter package
