Clicking a month bar shows report title that's off by one month

As an example, if I click the month of December 2012, the title of my report view is January 2013. If you click the final month (currently for me January 2013), it is correct. The result is that the final two months in report view have the same title.

The data portion of the report view seems mostly correct, but it's possible there's an off-by-one bug there too. I didn't research the issue further as I have a patch that fixes the issue.
