Add MSF affiliation to website

• humbletim mentioned that there is this whole universe of editorial review processes in wordpress. Lets explore whats there and what might fit in in conjunction with using github.
• @antpb regularly shares awesome wordpress updates using omi protocols, maybe we can look into implementing some of those on our site as well.

BUMP. How are we feeling about this one? A reference is the footer of the ethereal engine website:

Ours would say, Principal or Oversight or something.

POV: It would be good to have mentioned on the website.

The main blocker here is OMI figuring out how we want to show our relationship to the various organizations we are in some way affiliated with.

We already have this design in the backlog for showing that. We can easily at MSF there too, but we need to come together as a group or just the Champions to get consensus on how we should show this relationships.

I do have concerns that just showing the MSF logo so prominently makes us seem like we have a super close relationship with them more than these other relationships.
