Following the migration of the blog posts to the OME website (ome/www.openmicroscopy.org#515), this PR adds a first layer of redirection from the individual blog URLs to their new canonical location.
The redirection has been split into two to ease the testing of individual pages. A follow-up PR will redirect the top-level index and update the README before archiving this repository.
To test this PR, build the blog locally and check that every post in the index page links to the relevant page under https://www.openmicroscopy.org/.
