Sir,
I have used this extension for a while and realize that reloading the page once I toggle the extension is pretty painful, so in this PR, I added the loadability on demand for all images.
Usage:
If there's a link that wraps the image, the first click will load the wrapped image, the second click will follow the link.
I also added ability to block remote fonts, it can be toggle in options page, blocking remote fonts can speed up loading websites and save the bandwidth as well.
I made this for my personal need, feel free to share your opinion.
