Input for computing optical flow

Hi Olly,

Thanks for your work, I am confused about the input for FlowNet2, which you used to compute optical flow.
Did you use the whole picture to get optical flow and then the bounding box area is cropped (but m frames only get m-1 optical flow frames) or the bounding box area is cropped first then use these cropped frames as the input for FlowNet2 to compute the optical flow?
