libphone.so.0 missing from release

I wanted to test my rust implementation rust_cli for libphone but I cannot locate any libphone.so.0 and I get into dependency hell with building it by myself (again). Do you have a build available by a chance?

For which platform? The 0.9.7 release (tag) has a pretty sophisticated build-systems for all Darwin platforms. The documentation regarding the other platforms might be a little bit dated. If there is interest in other platforms I can look into it. I use macOS and FreeBSD.

That should be more or less "straight forward". If there are development packages for opus and pjproject you could try installing these. That is all for the dependencies of libphone. Let me know if that works, please. I have no Fedora VM ready, but I am willing to look into this if it needs more attention.
