semver release ?

Can we have a semver release of this package - x.y.z , say 1.0.0 so it becomes easy to integrate the same in apps and track future changes if any ?

I have not enought time to manage this project. Please add semver and send a PR. PRs are welcome, as always :)

I created a tag https://github.com/olebedev/when/tree/v1.0.0. Will be adding them incrementally as changes arrive.
