Migrate to pylotcode/docker-codetasks image name

I was unable to setup pushing image to Docker Hub as pylotcode/docker-codetasks as it requires,

• Setup pylotcode organization at Docker Hub
• Create new bot user at GitHub (like pylotcodebot)
• Connect bot account to given organization at Docker Hub
• Add pylotcode/docker-codetasks repository at Docker Hub and setup build rules for master and any tag

After it will be done, the image will be available as pylotcode/docker-codetasks, but as of not it is available as playpauseandstop/docker-codetasks.
