Suggestion: Publish unconfirmed upcoming events

For events that are still looking for speakers, and for people to adjust their calendars, perhaps on just the website (not meetup), we could list the upcoming event slots that are still looking for speakers.

Making it clear they are not confirmed.

Benefit: easy to see there is still activity even if events aren't confirmed. People can more likely volunteer to speak at an event.

I added the March event early and thinking of adding the April event once the venue is settled.

How's the workflow going?

A bit uneven. I created the event on Meetup for March but until now no-one signed up so I am not sure it helps. Also, there is a plan for a Hanami but we do not have a date since it depends on the weather. Because of that, I can not create the Meetup page and as such do not have a Meetup ID that i could use in the data structure.

The next question coming up is: Should I prepared events for all upcoming events this year? Right now, on the Homepage we have two upcoming events, which is easy to see, but when there are 20 upcoming events where only one or two are properly prepared, it doesn't seem too helpful.

Closing the issue is possible, though I am wondering I shouldn't write an article on steps to prepare an event.
