The Terraform documentation for the
okta_policy_rule_signondoes not specify anything about themfa_lifetime. Themfa_lifetimeis only valid when themfa_promptis eitherALWAYSorSESSION. Since this is not specified anywhere, there are issues where themfa_lifetimeis used even if themfa_promptis invalid. This PR adds docs about the specification.
