Get tests running for PRs

### Problem

Tests do not run for PRs.

### Solution

Enable the tests. Pretty sure they're here: https://github.com/okTurtles/forkana/tree/master/.github/workflows

Let me know @pedrogaudencio if you need me to enable any settings in the Github repo settings.
