Upgrade to V1.3 #2
Description
The Lua wrapper currently still uses open62541 v1.1. Upgrade to v1.3 (current) to fix various issues and add more features.
Might need to wait for Embarcadero 12 to have a reasonable C++ (clang) compiler...
