- Cmake support (Cmake support #80)
- string.h fixes (Closes Python bindings fail to build on macOS #82)
- Compile fixes (Closes configure missing auxiliary file: compile? #83 + HOWTO to compile #84)
- Use latest toolchain (autotools) and update files - Update rpm spec w/ latest version and get rid of *la exclude - Get rid of distutils from Python and use setuptools
