- Get rid of distutils (Python) and use setuptools instead (Fixes libdnet fails to build with Python 3.12: ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'distutils' #76)
- Update toolchain
- Fix path to string.h (Fixes dnet 1.16.1 with python 3.11 error: incomplete definition of type 'struct _frame' #74)
- Use latest toolchain (autotools) and update files - Update rpm spec w/ latest version and get rid of *la exclude - Get rid of distutils from Python and use setuptools
