hello @srubinacci,
I was trying to split my reference file using GLIMPSE2_split_reference. I need to know how to define the input and output regions in the code.
Suppose this is the region: chr20:7702567-12266861. So does the region is defined as Chromosome_number: Start_pos - End_pos.
Help me in this.
