When using region as mon which does not have any mapping for ibmcloud cos region, the default used is au_syd which is not a correct region.

Failure message:

 Error: job status failed for job id 8cb776fc-0de5-4891-b46b-2a7ac47251a8 with message: imageImport operation failed::download of file rhcos-powervs-images-au_syd/rhcos-413-92-202306140611-0-ppc64le-powervs.ova.gz failed, error:file /images/import//110850195790534-rhcos-413-92-202306140611-0-ppc64le-powervs.ova.gz not found
