Update README.md

Copied and tweaked much of the initial materials from the pangeo 01-getting-started.ipynb notebook. This is information useful to users who are new to pangeo, and even new to ORCID.

Ah, I just realized the getting-started notebook is on the github repo. So, maybe all that's needed is a link in the README file to https://nbviewer.jupyter.org/github/oceanhackweek/ohw19-tutorial-overview/blob/master/01-getting-started.ipynb

But I'd add my brief blurb and link about ORCIS.
