Revamping Learn's landing page

Currently, on the learn's landing page, under the section Tutorials & FAQ, a list of Tutorials is listed which includes some sub-topics of Getting Started and some of those of Data Structures, as can be seen below:

It will look good when the same would contain the list of links redirecting to the Broader Topics, for instance Getting Started, Language Features, Error Handling, Interoperability etc., instead of their sub-topics. As a part of enhancements to the Learn page as well as to the Tutorials page, I am thinking to create links of the main topics (eg. Getting started, Data Structures,...) included and then reorganizing them in sequentially ordered manner in a structured list that to be displayed on the landing page of Learn.

In my opinion this would be my second step towards revamping of the learn's landing page after the first that I have created in the PR which contains the related work on adding the Read More button and then improving the same for mobile devices.

What do you think @patricoferris on above? Waiting for your guidance and suggestions on the same.

With respect to rearranging the tutorial links to the broader topics and then linking to them, I think that might work quite well. Reorganising them into a sequential list (and I'm guessing tagging the headers with an id to land on or something like that) could work, but I can't get a good intuition as to how that page will look until it is implemented so I think opening a PR for that would be a good next step :))
