darcs package no longer available in Ubuntu 24.04

On Ubuntu 24.04, there's no "darcs" package, causing the setup phase of this action to fail.

This is showing up now that the Github runner configuration ubuntu-latest is on 24.04.

A temporary fix is to use different Github runners. But do we really need to install darcs?

This is already fixed in the v3 release.

Thanks a lot for the quick reply. Indeed, ocaml/num was using v3.0.0-beta of setup-ocaml, for some reason. Updating to v3 solved the issue. Excellent!
