opam list pkg --external returns a blank result in opam trunk, resulting in opam-depext failing.

possibly due to ce05b2c

see ocaml/opam-repository#12677 for a user report -- the containers for CI are now being rebuilt using 2.0 as they were on trunk before. We need some more test cases around the use of --external I suspect...

My mistake, silly parenthesis error :/
Where can we add a tests for --external ? In opam-rt, there is no reference for it.

Not sure -- @AltGr or @samoht may know where the tests are best to go.
