A plugin to generate a .install file would be desirable. The logic is basically written https://github.com/ocaml/oasis2opam/blob/master/src/Install.ml but some help on how to get started would be nice.

Given the fact that oasis2opam is already covering the process, can you tell me what you need more precisely ?
