OCaml 5.3 support

ocamlformat current fails to build with OCaml 5.3:

Work have been done in #2562 but we're still currently finalizing 5.2 support.

Hi, do you have any update on this by any chance? The release is getting closer and this is going to become quite urgent quite quickly

Hi, the work is in progress. We build on 5.3 since #2603 but some work is still needed to format 5.3 code (effect syntax, keyword versioning, backporting the many lexer and parser changes)
