The first commit combines several modifications to the Pfield primitive, plus a change to Lswitch structures (that I could split if needed).
The second commit handles the addition of Immutable_unique to Lambda.mutable_flag, used for extension constructors.
(Rebased version of #69)

We've decided to remove the block tag and size propagation on Pfield for the moment. The patch to propagate block kinds will provide the same information in many of the necessary cases. In the remaining cases, the Row_like code in Flambda 2 should at present be able to handle the case where the size/and or tag is unknown. There may be a small compilation speed penalty in some cases here but it's probably minor. We can always add the size/tag code in again later if we wish.

One other point is that getting the block kind patch upstream should be straightforward, but the same probably isn't true for the tag and size one, based on recent discussions.

I'm going to close this PR and re-open another.
