Fix awkward phrasing

Add instructions for embedding local media files outside the vault, and how to embed video files.

The extensive media embed changes were a little out of scope for what we want in the help docs. Mainly, extensive HTML embedding of items. That would be more suitable for the forums or the Obsidian hub. We'll add something for the drag and drop, and also merge the sandbox files in. |
