Plot has been able to generate warnings for common mistakes since 0.4.1, but they were only mentioned in the CHANGELOG. Describe how warnings are surfaced to the user, how the warning count works, how to silence a warning, and list the warnings Plot currently emits. The examples and warning text come from src/warnings.js, src/plot.js and the individual warn() call sites, so the page reflects current behavior. Closes: observablehq#811

Plot has been able to generate warnings for common mistakes since 0.4.1,
but they were only mentioned in the CHANGELOG. Describe how warnings are
surfaced to the user, how the warning count works, how to silence a
warning, and list the warnings Plot currently emits.
