Webhook Payload url overflows

Steps to reproduce the problem:
I have OTTO8_SERVER_HOSTNAME set to ngrok server which is pretty long.

1. Create a webhook and save it.
2. Notice that the Payload url overflows

Expected Behavior:
Payload url overflows should not overflow. and should be wrapped.

I agree that it should not overflow, but am not sure it should wrap. maybe it should just be cut off.

This issue is not seen anymore when testing with latest builds.
