objectstack build passing does NOT guarantee the app boots or seeds — this pass repeatedly hit hooks crashing, flows silently skipped, and invalid date literals that only surface at runtime. CI currently has only Smoke (todo dev server).
Ask: add a CI job that, for each template (and/or the all aggregator), runs objectstack dev, asserts "Server is ready" + "seeded on empty DB", and fails on any ERROR log line. Also boot the all env (compile-marketplace + start) to catch cross-template + stale-cache regressions.
Follow-up from the 9-template optimization + 9.5.1 runtime-testing pass. Platform-level gaps are tracked separately in objectstack-ai/framework (#1867–#1877).
