feat(dashboard): drill 'Open in list' escape hatch + unify report drill - #1866

The empty-state of the build assistant offered 3 terse starters. Competitive review (Airtable Omni) showed more inspiring, outcome-framed idea prompts across domains. Reword the existing three to lead with the business outcome and add two more domains (inventory, recruiting), so the first screen sparks more "I could build that" ideas. Strings only (the Suggestions row already scrolls horizontally); en bundle + inline defaults kept in sync. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Mainstream BI peek-then-escalate model: drill-through opens an in-place drawer (keep context), with an 'Open in list →' affordance to escalate to the object's full list page (sort/bulk/export/shareable URL) — the Looker/Power BI pattern. - New DrillNavigationContext (@object-ui/react): host provides openRecordList; the renderer stays decoupled from console routing. - DrillDownDrawer (pivot/dataset/report), ObjectMetricWidget (KPI) and ObjectChart (segment) drill drawers render the escape hatch when a host navigation handler is present; hidden otherwise (self-contained peek). - DrillDownConfig.target gains 'navigate' — skip the drawer and open the list directly; degrades to 'drawer' when no host handler. …drawer - useOpenRecordList: console impl of DrillNavigationContext.openRecordList (navigate to /apps/:app/:object?filter[...]). - DashboardView: provide DrillNavigationProvider so dashboard drill drawers offer the 'Open in list →' escape hatch. - ReportView: report drill-through now opens the same in-place DrillDownDrawer (peek records → click row to open a record), with the escape hatch preserving the previous navigate-to-list behavior. Unifies dashboard + report drill. - i18n: dashboard.openInList (en/zh). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Implements the mainstream BI peek-then-escalate drill model (Looker drill modal → Explore, Power BI "see records" → drill-through page). Follow-up to #1859 / #1861.
Why
Drill-through opening an in-place drawer (keep context) is the right default — but users sometimes need the full object list page (sort, bulk-select, export, shareable URL). Mainstream platforms offer both, picked by intent. This adds the escalation path and unifies dashboards + reports.
Changes
DrillNavigationContext(@object-ui/react) — host providesopenRecordList(object, filter); the renderer stays decoupled from console routing. Hidden gracefully when no host wired it (self-contained peek).DrillDownDrawer, chart viaObjectChart, KPI viaObjectMetricWidget) render "Open in list →" in the header.DrillDownConfig.target: 'navigate'— skip the drawer and open the list directly; degrades to'drawer'when no host handler.ReportViewdrill → drawer — report drill-through now opens the same in-place drawer (peek → click a row to open a record) instead of navigating away. The escape hatch preserves the previous navigate-to-list behavior, so no capability is lost; the ADR-0021 D2 raw-key filter is reused unchanged.useOpenRecordList(the/apps/:app/:object?filter[...]navigation) +DrillNavigationProviderinDashboardViewandReportView.dashboard.openInList(en/zh).Verification
