What changed

The CLI table under the ## CLI commands heading of skills/objectui/guides/project-setup.md drops four rows. Their commands were retired under objectui#11500 (PR #11508, landed as 37268aae9, an ancestor of this branch's base), and the built CLI now refuses each as an unknown command, exits 1 and writes nothing, pinned by the cli-bin.test.ts describe block named "the retired create, lint, test and studio commands are refused". The dropped rows, quoted:
