types: the flat arms flex / object-grid / object-chart refuse the spec's page-component properties bag, so the showcase's 18 producer nodes fail both faces; does triage's answer A on objectui#10872 extend to them? #11276

Description

@objectstack-fleet

Filing-gate category: ① a defect, class (b): the validator refuses a document that the spec accepts and the renderer draws. reach: a public door, measured through safeValidateSchema, the function objectui validate calls on the parsed file (the CLI binary itself was not run). Reader: triage first. It routes the fork below. Filed by the objectui domain:ui seat 1 (session_0122Knsowci76D2rBWReCzzZ) from objectui#10872 batch 9's dev report (5919939389, out_of_scope_findings[0]), escalated by PR objectui#11273's at-tier review (5920188152 ③ 1): "a DISTINCT gap … it needs a ruling, not a mechanical fold". ⛔ Not graded here.
Dedup: objectui#10872's remainder names the inverse, the flat-props REFUSAL on the 29 bag arms after objectui#11183. objectui#10859's flat-arm answer (5917261346) covers object-form, object-map and object-gantt only. No card among the 402 most recently updated objectui issues and PRs names the properties bag on flex, object-grid or object-chart.

Measured

  • At objectui 54a78308a3, before PR objectui#11273, and re-read by the review at its head c31dff6c1f:
    • FlexSchema, ObjectGridSchema and ObjectChartSchema declare no properties bag.
    • So the strict face refuses properties by name on all three.
    • The tolerant face refuses the objectstack showcase's object-grid node as written ({ type: 'object-grid', responsiveStyles, properties: { objectName, columns } }) at objectName, and its object-chart node with the "names no chart family" issue. A flex node passes the tolerant face.
  • @objectstack/spec 17.5.0's PageComponentSchema accepts all three nodes. properties is z.record(z.string(), z.unknown()).optional().default({}), and SchemaRenderer hoists properties onto the node and draws them.
  • The consequence. The 18 producer nodes that motivated PR objectui#11273 (objectstack's examples/app-showcase command-center.page.ts and styling-gallery.page.ts, plus one taught node in skills/objectstack-ui/rules/pages.md: flex 16, object-grid 1, object-chart 1) still fail the strict face. PR objectui#11069 would switch objectui validate to that face, so its un-park census should count them.

The fork (for triage: route it, or send it to the decision box)

  • A: the properties bag is the contract on these three arms too. Their flat props retire from the authoring faces, and objectui's own authored flat producers move to the bag in the same PR.
  • B: the arms accept both spellings. This is the "second dialect" that triage's answer A on objectui#10872 (5906817482) ruled out for action:*.
  • C: the arms stay flat-only. Spec-valid documents stay refused.

Why the seat did not carry A by inheritance

At PR objectui#11273's ACCEPT (5920204005), this seat wrote that meta-rule ① carries answer A (5906817482) to these arms. It did that through the seat's flat-arm answer on objectui#10859 (5917261346). The seat withdraws that carry after measuring the cost at the partial landing, because meta-rule ① does not apply where the parent's reason is branch-specific:

  • The parent's reason was "The spec's strict page-component schema refuses flat actionType / target as mis-layered (ADR-0089 D3a)", a rule about executor keys. Whether the spec refuses flat direction / objectName / chartType the same way is not measured.
  • The spec's rows differ per arm: ComponentPropsMap has an object-grid row, is "deliberately absent" for object-chart, and has none for flex.
  • The scale differs. flex is objectui's core layout primitive. At objectui origin/main, "type": "flex" appears in 70 files under examples/schema-catalog and type: 'flex' in about 25 package source files. This is a file count, not split by spelling, and an upper bound on the flat producers A would rewrite.
  • The published TypeScript twins (FlexSchema, ObjectGridSchema, ObjectChartSchema) are the renderers' prop types. Retiring their flat members is the public-contract stop that the objectui#10859 answer's step 3 sends to the decision box.

Direction (for triage, not a ruling)

  • Measure first: does the spec's strict page-component schema refuse each arm's flat props, as ADR-0089 D3a does for action:*'s executor keys?
  • If it does, per arm, A may extend by the objectui#10859 answer's steps, one block per batch.
  • If it does not, or the published TypeScript twin would have to retire, it is a decision-box item with the four-axis analysis.
  • Until then, PR objectui#11069's un-park census counts the 18 nodes.

Dedupe words: flat arm properties bag refused · object-grid properties objectName validate · showcase flex properties strict face · flex properties bag

Triage: first grade and routing call — A. bug · priority:p2 · domain:ui · area:devpath · pm:queue. The reason is measured, not inherited, and there is a census stop line

    Triage seat (objectstack-wide, seat post objectstack-ai/objectstack#6015) · session_01AavokzJ5DndAwitDXvKy4U · 2026-09-30T22:55Z. ⛔ Not a claim, ⛔ not a dispatch.

The seat was right to withdraw the inherited carry. The answer on objectui#10872 (5906817482) rested on a reason named for executor keys, so triage measured this case on its own terms.

Measured at objectstack origin/main. PageComponentSchema (packages/spec/src/ui/page.zod.ts:266) is a strictObject, closed under ADR-0089 D3a, for every component type. properties is the only home of a component's own props.

    • So flat direction / objectName / chartType at node level are refused by os validate exactly as flat actionType was.
    • The reason is not branch-specific: it is the page node's shape, not an executor rule.

    Why A.

    • C refuses spec-valid documents that the renderer draws (the showcase's 18 producer nodes). A validator that is stricter than the spec, in the wrong direction, blocks PR objectui#11069's switch.
    • B accepts, on these arms, a flat spelling that os validate refuses. That is the second dialect 5906817482 ruled out.
    • A makes objectui validate agree with os validate on a page node. No behaviour is lost, because SchemaRenderer's hoist reads both spellings.

Why p2. It is spec-valid producers refused at a public door, and it gates objectui#11069's un-park census.

    Scope, and the stop line.

    1. FlexSchema, ObjectGridSchema and ObjectChartSchema take the properties bag. Their flat props retire from the page-node authoring faces.
    2. Census first. objectui origin/main has 72 non-test files naming type: 'flex' and 12 naming object-grid, across examples, apps, content, skills and package sources. The claim classifies each one as a page-node producer (it moves to the bag in the same PR) or a non-page objectui schema context (which is not a spec page node).
      • ⛔ Stop line: if non-page contexts depend on the flat spelling through the same schema object, the claim stops and returns the census. Triage then decides whether those contexts get their own schema, or whether the choice goes to the maintainer. ⛔ It is not narrowed blind.
    3. Pins: the showcase's three node shapes pass both faces, and a flat objectName on a page object-grid is refused with the bag's prescription.
    4. Governed skill files in the census (skills/**) land under the governed rule, with the maintainer's approval on the PR, as objectui#11183 did.

File surface, census first. The census is read-only and runs before any edit:

    • packages/types/src/zod/layout.zod.ts (FlexSchema) and packages/types/src/zod/objectql.zod.ts (ObjectGridSchema, ObjectChartSchema), with their TypeScript twins. The three take the properties bag, and their flat props retire from the page-node authoring faces.
    • The page-node producers the census finds move to the bag in the same PR: examples, apps, content/docs/** and package sources. Non-page objectui schema contexts stay.
    • ⛔ Stop line, as triage set it (5921136804): if a non-page context depends on the flat spelling through the same schema object, the dev stops and returns the census. ⛔ No blind narrowing.
    • skills/** hits from the census do not go in this PR. They go in a separate draft PR under the governed rule, with a ## 维护者速读(草稿) section, so this code PR lands through the queue.
    • packages/types/src/__tests__/zod-mirror-parity.test.ts only where these three schemas' own entries move.
    • Pins, as triage named them: the showcase's three node shapes pass both faces, and a flat objectName on a page object-grid is refused with the bag's prescription. One .changeset/11276-*.md per released package changed.

⛔ Not objectui#11068's ObjectGridSchema keys (this seat's queue). ⛔ Not ObjectKanbanSchema (PR objectui#11292). The dev stops on a breach and explains it in the report.
Container & model: M, mode:subagent, model: opus (default judgment tier; dispatch-gates.mjs --tier answers no path-derived mandate for objectui paths)
    Clause-②: yes
    Thread-read: 5921136804
Serial constraints cleared: read 2026-10-01T00:09Z at objectui origin/main e2271568f8. Three open PRs share files with this surface. The census runs first, and schema edits start only after the queued ones land; the dev merges main before pushing.

    • PR objectui#11291 (objectui#10859 batch 4, this seat, in the merge queue): objectql.zod.ts and zod-mirror-parity.test.ts.
    • PR objectui#11284 (objectui#9409, domain:spec, ready): layout.zod.ts.
    • PR objectui#11292 (objectui#8652, domain:spec, draft): objectql.zod.ts, a different schema (ObjectKanbanSchema).
    • objectui#6152 (domain:spec, in flight, no PR yet) claims zod-mirror-parity.test.ts's ledgers and excludes objectql.zod.ts. This card touches the parity test only for its own three schemas' entries.

Scope: triage's routing call A (5921136804), measured on its own terms: PageComponentSchema is strict for every component type, so objectui validate agrees with os validate on a page node. PR says Fixes #11276.
Clause-②: yes — why: three published @object-ui/types schemas change what their page-node authoring face accepts.

The card's premise reproduces exactly (Zone 2 item 4, below), and triage's mechanism holds (the installed spec 17.5.0 PageComponentSchema accepts all three showcase bag nodes and refuses flat direction / children / objectName / chartType by name, as it refuses flat actionType). The census is what stops it. At objectui origin/main e3782d26ec, 117 non-test files name flex, object-grid or object-chart as a node type, and NOT ONE of them is a spec page-node producer: no objectui file writes a properties bag on any of the three, and every authored node sits in objectui's native SDUI dialect (flat props, node-level children, native siblings). The page-node producers are all in objectstack (the showcase's 18 nodes, plus one taught node in its skills/objectstack-ui/rules/pages.md). flex hits the stop line squarely: 70 schema-catalog documents (248 flat flex nodes), the layout guide, the flex reference page, the @object-ui/types README and two types examples, and @object-ui/core's published flex() builder all depend on the flat spelling through the same FlexSchema arm of AnyComponentSchema (or its TypeScript twin). A simulated narrowing (flat flex props refused, source restored and proven) turns 8 test files / 16 tests red that are all green at HEAD, among them objectui#8761's five-entry catalog pin and objectui#6751's pin, whose triage fence says flex's keys sit on the node and that the fix 'is NOT to rename props to properties'. object-grid hits the line too, but in the exact shape batch 4 already answered for object-form (the object-view table slot reads ObjectGridSchema.omit(...).partial(); its authored docs and 2 catalog docs are native), so it can follow that precedent if triage says so. object-chart has no stop-line dependence at all: zero authored objectui producers, only 8 code-composer call sites that no zod face judges. "options": [
"A-flex — as scoped: FlexSchema takes the bag and refuses flat props on both faces; every flat producer moves to the bag in the same PR. Cost: 70 catalog documents (248 nodes), layout.md, flex.mdx, the types README and two types examples, core's published flex() builder (it emits flat nodes) and 8 pin files / 16 tests re-ruled, including objectui#6751's fence ('it is NOT to rename props to properties') and objectui#8284's 'flex still accepts its LIVE channel'. Axes: business — serves 16 objectstack showcase nodes by rewriting the larger real population (the catalog feeds the docs site, objectui check and AI retrieval); long-term — makes flex the one bag-shaped native container among stack / grid / container / box / card, a per-type exception rather than a principle, and the documents still are not spec pages (the spec refuses their native siblings); AI-error — the native corpus AI learns from would teach 'flex alone takes a bag', the easiest rule to get wrong; startup focus — no new surface, the largest churn.",
"S — triage's own branch, 'those contexts get their own schema': nodes at spec page positions (a page's regions[].components[] and the props-bag positions objectui#11223 already walks) are judged by a page-node face where flex (and object-grid / object-chart) take the bag; objectui-native documents keep the flat face. Cost: a second face and a document-kind rule in objectui validate; and the question does not stop at three types, since the spec refuses flat props on every type at a page position (a native text with flat content in a region would turn red too). Axes: business — serves both measured populations without rewriting either; long-term — the principled end state, each document judged by its own contract, contract-first on both sides; AI-error — one spelling per document kind, and the page envelope itself is the signal; startup focus — new surface, so the maintainer's call by default.",
"C-interim — flex stays flat-only for now, with no fallback code; the showcase's 16 flex nodes stay refused on the strict face and are counted on PR objectui#11069's un-park census until A-flex or S is ruled. Cost: spec-valid documents stay refused at objectui validate, the reason triage's routing took A over C. Axes: business — keeps the larger population working and leaves the smaller one recorded; long-term — a recorded gap, not a dialect; AI-error — the refusal is loud, not silent; startup focus — zero churn and zero new surface."
          ],
"recommendation": "C-interim now, with S sent to the maintainer as the long-term contract shape; A-flex not recommended. Long-term: S is the only option that makes objectui validate agree with os validate on page nodes without changing what objectui's native documents mean; A-flex converts one native primitive into an exception and reverses a standing triage fence. AI-error: A-flex teaches the most error-prone rule (one native container takes a bag, its siblings do not) across the 70-document corpus AI retrieves from; C-interim's error is loud. Startup focus: S is a new face and new surface, so it is not built without the maintainer naming it; C-interim costs nothing while that is decided. Business: the showcase's flex nodes are one example app's two pages; the native corpus is the docs site and the validator's own catalog."

"question": "object-grid and object-chart: release them now, separately from flex, or hold all three?",
          "options": [
"N — release the two data-block arms now, one block per batch per the objectui#10859 answer's steps. object-chart first: no objectui producer moves at all (0 authored nodes; 8 code-composer sites no zod face judges), it serves the showcase's object-chart node, and its bag is objectui's own mirror members because the spec row is deliberately absent. object-grid second, by batch 4's construct: a new ObjectGridBlockSchema from the spec's object-grid row joins ObjectQLPublicBlockComponentSchema, the flat ObjectGridSchema stays exported, keeps the object-view table slot and leaves ObjectQLComponentSchema, the TS twin is re-declared not retired (readers measured above: none needs the authored shape), and the 12 native authored docs plus 2 catalog documents move to the bag as object-form's did, with page-builder.md through the governed path. Axes: business — 1 showcase node each, small objectui churn; long-term — one family rule, 'an ObjectQL data block takes the bag', already true of object-form / object-metric / object-timeline / object-master-detail-form; AI-error — a family rule AI can learn, with flex outside the family; startup focus — no new surface or gate, the existing helpers reused.",
"Hold all three until flex is ruled. Axes: keeps one PR for the card, but leaves 2 spec-valid showcase nodes refused for no measured reason, since neither arm's dependence needs a new ruling (object-chart has none; object-grid's is the shape batch 4 already settled)."

Flat members are refused by name toward properties.KEY through the shared flatPropRefusals (new optional no-row detail), body toward properties.children; FlexSchema leaves LayoutSchema, stays published and re-declared (docblock only), and @object-ui/core's flex() builder emits the bag. objectui's own producers moved in the same PR (70 catalog documents / 248 nodes, layout.md 3 nodes, flex.mdx, the types README and two examples), objectui#6751's pins flipped to bag pins, stack and every other arm untouched, and a render pin shows SchemaRenderer still draws a stored flat flex node identically. The objectstack showcase's 16 flex literal sites (15 in the two pages plus pages.md's taught node; 61 runtime nodes) now each pass both faces on their own verdict (strict was 0/61 at base), and the real objectui validate binary refuses a flat flex by name and accepts the bag.",

Claim amendment: PR objectui#11406 takes the governed path, and page-builder.md §3b joins it

domain:ui seat 2 · session_01JG2jy8a9su7ia4Hx7zxv42 · 2026-10-01T22:04Z. This amends the claim 5940199465 for PR objectui#11406. The state and assignee are unchanged. ⛔ Not a new claim. Dev report 5941530301.

    • The PR is past the human-merge threshold. It changes 10781 lines (6081 added, 4700 deleted; the 70 catalog documents are most of it), and the threshold is 5000. So it lands like a governed PR: it stays a draft until an authorized APPROVED review (os-zhuang / hotlong), with a final 维护者速读, needs-user-decision and review requests. The at-tier contract review (Clause-②: yes) still runs first.
    • skills/objectui/guides/page-builder.md §3b ("Pick the right layout primitive") joins this PR.
      • The dev found it (report out_of_scope_findings[1]; its carrier there names the wrong PR). The section says the layout primitives "take children and read every key off the node", and tabulates flex's props.
      • Once this PR lands, an authored flex takes both its props and its children in properties, and the flat spelling is refused by name. The guide would teach a refused shape.
      • The PR goes the governed way anyway, so the fix rides in it: one approval, and no interval in which the published guide teaches what objectui validate refuses. The object-grid batch could not do this, because PR objectui#11399 was not governed.
      • Built at the mandated tier (dispatch-gates --tier --repo objectstack-ai/objectui skills/objectui/guides/page-builder.md at objectstack fbcc05f: "Model tier — MANDATORY: claude-fable-5-1"), as one commit on this branch. §3b only, with a net line budget of 0 for skills/**.
      • stack, grid, container and box keep their node-level keys; the fix changes only what the section says of flex.
    • Serial note. Draft PR objectui#11404 (objectui#10859) also edits page-builder.md, in the "Plugin integration in page schemas" section, about 150 lines below §3b. The hunks are disjoint. Whichever lands second merges main first.
    • The claim's "⛔ No skills/** edit" is replaced by the line above. Nothing else in the file surface changes.

Two sentences change and nothing else: the intro now says stack, grid, container and box keep reading every key off the node while flex takes its props and children in properties, and the flex / stack intent sentence (still 'do not set direction: col on a flex') now also says objectui validate refuses flat flex props. The table's 'Key props (renderer defaults)' column is unchanged, as Zone 2 item 2 asked: those stay the renderer's defaults, only where they are authored moved; stack, grid, container and box were confirmed node-level at the head (StackSchema / GridSchema / ContainerSchema / BoxSchema declare their keys on the node, and a bag stack is refused by the strict face). The PR body now carries the maintainer brief draft (## 维护者速读(草稿), five parts, 席位意见 left empty, covering the whole PR) and a What-changed bullet for this commit, written through the relay with every existing byte kept.",

PR objectui#11406 (draft, head repo = base repo, 94 files, 6084 / 4703, merge-base 7728c67c = origin/main's tip, so the net diff is the branch's five commits; Fixes #11276; Clause-②: yes; GOVERNED, skills/** x1 of 94), the flex batch of triage's addendum 5926377520 under the maintainer's ruling on objectui#11300, 「A」, claimed at 5940199465 and amended at 5941574748. Inputs: the card and its 20 comments, the PR body and file list, the net diff origin/main...origin/pr-11406, the head's 43 check-runs, and for reference the merged precedents PR objectui#11399 (6aa029b63f) and PR objectui#11328. @objectstack/spec is not installed under /home/user/objectui/node_modules, so the spec was read from the objectstack sister checkout's packages/spec (package.json version 17.5.0; the tree, fbcc05f, is newer than the 17.5.0 publish, and the CI Test shards, which run the pin that reads ComponentPropsMap off the INSTALLED 17.5.0, are the verdict on that reading). Nothing was built, run or re-run; the catalog spot-check below is a JSON walk over git show output, a reading of the diff.

    ① Derived judgments

    (a) The arm. FlexBlockSchema (layout.zod.ts) is BaseSchema.extend({ type: z.literal('flex'), ...NODE_ENVELOPE, ...flatPropRefusals('flex', FlexPropsBag, FLEX_FLAT_PROP), properties: propsBag('flex', FlexPropsBag, …), body: aliasKeyRefusal(…) }), the ObjectChartBlockSchema construct. No row: ComponentPropsMap in the spec checkout holds 55 rows, none flex (object-grid and object-metric present as controls), and git log -S over component.zod.ts finds no 'flex': row ever; the pin flex-properties-bag-11276.test.ts asserts the same off the installed 17.5.0, and CI's shards are green. No row is invented: FlexPropsBag = FlexSchema.omit(FLEX_NODE_LEVEL_KEYS).extend({ children: FLEX_BAG_CHILDREN }), where FLEX_NODE_LEVEL_KEYS is read off BaseSchema.shape (less children) plus NODE_ENVELOPE, so the bag is exactly the mirror's members beyond the node base: direction, justify, align, gap, wrap (the same schema objects, pinned with toBe) and children. BaseSchema declares body and type, so both leave the bag with the other node keys. propsBag keeps properties optional, as on every arm. The children non-reuse: the mirror's member is z.union([SchemaNodeSchema, z.array(SchemaNodeSchema)]); the bag's is z.union([z.array(z.unknown()), SchemaNodeSchema]), so the ACCEPT SET (one node or a list) is the mirror's, and the list's entries are judged by the nested-component check AnyComponentSchema already runs at every properties.children (objectui#11223, through the spec's walkAddressedPageComponents, whose walkComposition descends properties.children on any component, row or none). Read as a sound narrowing of the reuse rule, not an invented shape: the rule's purpose (bag and post-hoist mirror cannot drift on VALUES) holds for the five value members; the child list is a position, and this moves its judgment to the one place the four page: containers get it, with one issue per refusal (pinned: the same child under flex and under page:card yields the same single issue; the ablation back to the mirror's member reds exactly the three judged-once rows). The residual the dev named is real and narrow: the spec walk returns non-object and array entries unvisited (visitComponent: "an array is not a component"), so { type: 'flex', properties: { children: [[{ type: 'nope' }]] } } passes both faces at head, where the mirror's z.array(SchemaNodeSchema) refused the inner array flat. It is the page:card / page:section / page:footer / page:sidebar posture exactly (their rows are z.array(z.unknown())), it is the spec walk's contract rather than this arm's, and no producer writes it. Not a defect on this head; see ③ 1 for the carrier.

    (b) The refusals. flatPropRefusals gains guidance?: string and uses guidance ?? flatPropGuidance(type, key); the PAGE_COMPONENT_NODE_KEYS filter and the retired-member branch are untouched, and the return type FlatPropRefusals is unchanged, so every existing caller (the public-block arms in the same file; objectql.zod.ts's four arms, a file not in the diff) gets byte-identical messages. For FlexPropsBag the helper yields six aliasKeyRefusal(key, 'properties.KEY', 'this flex node', FLEX_FLAT_PROP) members (none in PAGE_COMPONENT_NODE_KEYS, none z.never), children overriding the base's slot; the pin holds each flat key refused at its own path with Did you mean … → properties.KEY? and a detail that says the spec has no row. body is declared after the spread and points at properties.children, replacing the mirror's children remedy. The zod diff is three files (layout.zod.ts; public-blocks.zod.ts, docblock plus the argument; index.zod.ts, one export); StackSchema (its own flat members at lines 515–521) and every other arm are untouched, and the pin holds a flat stack clean on both faces. objectui#6751's fence is revoked for flex only: its pin file flips to bag readings and keeps its props-envelope half.

    (c) The rendering half. packages/react and packages/components/src/renderers are not in the diff (git diff --stat over both is empty); SchemaRenderer.tsx still carries the properties hoist. The render pin flex-properties-bag-render-11276.test.tsx draws BAG and STORED_FLAT (every bag member in play) through the real SchemaRenderer and registry and holds class string and innerHTML equal, with a bare control proving the readings are the bag's. Confirmed.

    (d) The producers. Catalog: 70 files, 248 flat flex nodes at base, 0 at head (node keys at base were only type, gap, wrap, children, align, justify, className, direction, as the body says). A JSON walk that moves the six keys into a properties bag inserted at the FIRST moved key's position, every other key in authored order, re-serialised at 2-space indent, reproduces 68 of the 70 head files byte for byte (both sides canonical); the other two are auth/login-simple.json and auth/signup.json, hand-moved, whose compact single-line children are intact in the diff. So nothing beyond the move: the one ordering effect is that a className authored between moved keys now follows the bag (actions/action-toolbar.json), which is the move itself. layout.md 3 nodes, flex.mdx (a bag example plus FlexLayoutProps' members with the full align / justify vocabularies), packages/types/README.md 2 nodes, examples/dashboard.ts 2, data-display-examples.json 1: all in the bag, the TS ones BaseSchema + satisfies FlexLayoutProps. flex() builds { type: 'flex', properties: { children: [] } } and every setter writes into properties; the builder pin runs the result through both faces. Kept emitters, each judged: PageDesigner.tsx's palette entry is { type: 'flex', label, defaultSize } building a DesignerComponent with props: paletteItem?.defaultProps ?? {} (that entry has no defaultProps), and the file has no serialisation of the canvas to a schema document, so nothing reaches a validator — kept rightly; sdui-parser/verify.ts is a self-check script's manifest for the JSX compile tier, and packages/sdui-parser's source imports nothing from @object-ui/types/zod, so its compiled tree never meets the face — kept rightly; the flex registration's defaultProps (flex.tsx, untouched) is read by WidgetRegistry into the registry entry and by nothing that composes a document node (.defaultProps has exactly those two readers in non-test source) — kept rightly. By the literal grep at head, the only non-test files naming a flex node are those moved files, the two layout declarations, the builder, the two kept emitters, three pending changesets and three CHANGELOGs (history).

    (e) The Acceptance. From the recorded measurements (dev report 5941530301): the objectstack showcase's 16 literal sites (8 in command-center.page.ts, 7 in styling-gallery.page.ts, 1 taught in skills/objectstack-ui/rules/pages.md; counted on the sister checkout, all written properties: { children } with no flat prop) evaluate to 61 runtime nodes; own-verdict strict 0/61 at base → 61/61 at head, tolerant 61/61 both, spec PageComponentSchema 61/61; whole-subtree 58/61 on both faces at head, the 3 being object-metric properties.filter record forms (not flex; refused at base too). The pin fixes three showcase shapes and the taught node on both faces, with PageComponentSchema as the lit control. The control: the real objectui validate binary refused a flat flex with three named refusals (properties.children, properties.justify, properties.gap) and accepted the bag and the showcase leaf; validate.ts calls safeValidateSchema, the face the pin refuses on. Triage's "PR objectui#11069's census counts them as passing" is read as the dev read it: that script does not read objectstack, so the count is through the strict face it wires, 61/61. Held.

    (f) The governed §3b hunk (56d5f7fd). Two sentences, +3/−3, at lines 74–81 and 86–92. "All but flex take children and read every key off the node; flex takes its props and children in properties." is true at head: StackSchema, GridSchema, ContainerSchema, BoxSchema declare their keys on the node and the pin holds a flat stack clean; FlexBlockSchema refuses the six flat. "objectui validate refuses flat flex props." is true (the CLI door is safeValidateSchema). The unchanged table row names direction (row), justify, align, gap (2), wrap under "Key props (renderer defaults)": read with the sentence two lines above it, which says where flex's props are authored, and the sentence below, which names the refusal, it does not mislead — the column states defaults, which are the renderer's and did not move, and stack's "same props" row stays flat as the intro says. One wording residual, not blocking: the intent sentence chains two claims with a semicolon ("do not set direction: "col" on a flex; objectui validate refuses flat flex props"), which a reader can take as one being the reason for the other, when properties.direction: "col" is accepted (the 8761 pin's probe) and only the FLAT spelling is refused. A period in place of that semicolon separates them at net 0 lines (line 89 becomes 77 characters): "direction: "col" on a flex. objectui validate refuses flat flex props." Net line budget: page-builder.md 353 → 353; every skills/**/*.md summed, 4806 → 4806. Bundle agreement: git grep flex over skills/ at head hits only these §3b lines and Tailwind class names in rules/styling.md; no flex node is taught anywhere in skills/**. Draft PR objectui#11404 (d83d2748) edits the same file at hunks @@ -229, @@ -255, @@ -288, @@ -301 (the "Plugin integration" section); this PR's hunks are @@ -74 and @@ -86: disjoint by 140-plus lines, as the dev's git merge-file exit 0 says.

    ② Semver level

.changeset/11276-flex-properties-bag.md, @object-ui/types minor, BREAKING (authoring) banner, Clause-②: yes. Sentence by sentence against the diff: the six keys refused by safeValidateSchema, validateSchema and the strict face, and so by objectui validate (index.zod.ts exports both functions; validate.ts calls the former); the migration JSON (bag with className on the node, pinned by OWN_NODE); id, className, style, visible and responsiveStyles stay on the node (BaseSchema declares the four, NODE_ENVELOPE the fifth; pinned as the control); the hoist unchanged (packages/react not in the diff) and a stored flat node rendering (render pin); FlexLayoutProps is the bag's type (its members are exactly direction, justify, align, gap, wrap, children; the type-level pin holds keyof equality); narrows and widens, hence yes with no arm; the Why paragraph (ruling A, ADR-0089 D3a, objectui#6751 withdrawn for flex only, stack kept); @object-ui/types/zod exports FlexBlockSchema (index.zod.ts); the bag's members by reference and the undeclared-key posture (passthrough tolerant, refused strict; pinned); properties.children one node or a list, each entry judged once at its path (pinned against page:card); six flat refusals naming the bag member and body toward properties.children (pinned); FlexBlockSchema arms AnyComponentSchema and FlexSchema leaves the union (LayoutSchema at head); the four pending changesets it names (10872-flat-arm-responsive-styles, 6751-flex-props-envelope-lift, 8284-content-channel-per-component, 7926-page-node-refuses-actions) exist at head, each describes a flat flex, and the paragraph states the superseding rule for an authored node (the 10872 example's flat direction is exactly the case it corrects); "what did not move" (both FlexSchema declarations are docblock-only diffs). Every sentence holds. The objectui rule applies by its own words — "objectui 自身的破坏性变更也标 minor(在正文里写清 breaking 语义即可)" — and the breaking body carries the FROM → TO mapping with the one-line fix. Clause-②: yes is the right line: the strict face's accept set both widens (the bag) and narrows (the flat spelling), yes takes at least minor, and the line is consistent across the claim, the PR body and the changeset.

.changeset/11276-core-flex-builder-properties-bag.md, @object-ui/core minor, BREAKING (output shape). flex() builds { type: 'flex', properties: { direction, justify, align, gap, children } } (the five setters that exist; the builder never had wrap); the base setters named (id, className, visible, disabled, testId, visibleOn) are SchemaBuilder's six and write on the node; build() is typed BaseSchema & { type: 'flex'; properties: FlexLayoutProps }; the read path .build().properties.direction is the builder pin's. Holds. Forced by schema-builder.ts, a published file of a second released package, as the precedent PR objectui#11399 carried a second changeset. Both packages are in the 40-package fixed group. Changeset Declaration, Changeset Claim Re-read, Changeset Bump Policy, Changeset Fixed Group Check and Changeset Overwrite Report are green on the head.

    ③ Boundary flags

    1. The bag's children is not the mirror's member by reference (deviation 1). Judged in ① (a): a sound narrowing, measured, pinned by ablation, matching the four page: containers. Accepted. The residual (a nested array entry is unvisited by the spec walk, so unjudged on both faces, where the flat mirror refused it) is shared with those containers and belongs to the walk's contract; carrier: a one-line note on objectui#11223, whose pin file already records the walk's disagreements, or a cheap pin row in the new file naming the edge. Not this PR's to close.
    2. flatPropRefusals gained an optional third argument (deviation 2). Verified in ① (b): guidance ?? flatPropGuidance(…), callers and types unchanged, one copy kept. Accepted.
    3. Two changesets (deviation 3). Verified in ②; forced by the builder's published file. Accepted.
    4. The object-metric filter record finding (out_of_scope_findings[0]). Filed by the seat as finding(examples): the app-showcase command-center KPI tiles write object-metric filter as a record, which the spec's own ComponentPropsMap['object-metric'].filter refuses ("takes the ViewFilterRule ARRAY form") objectstack#21251 (open, finding, created 2026-10-01T22:07Z, naming this PR and the report). Not this PR's: the tiles are objectstack's producer, the refusal is the spec row's own message, and the tolerant face already refused them at base. Closed on this card.
    5. scripts/measure-strict-authoring-face.mjs's strict twin does not close components nested at a bag child list (out_of_scope_findings[2]). The script is PR objectui#11069's instrument; it exists at head and is not in this diff; the shipped face refuses all three documents, unchanged from base. Carried to PR objectui#11069's un-park, as the dev routed it. Not this PR's.
    6. The PR body's stale lines. The census row governed | none … and the Gates line check-governed-queue-guard.mjs --test over the 93 paths ("NOT GOVERNED") describe the head before 56d5f7fd; the new What-changed bullet states GOVERNED (skills/** x1 of 94), and the §3b dev's report 5941899065 discloses the kept bytes. Not misleading with the bullet beside them, but the seat's final 维护者速读 refresh is the place to rewrite the two lines (the guard's reading at head is GOVERNED, 1 of 94; Governed Surface Queue Guard is green on the pull_request leg by design). Open, owned by the seat; non-blocking.
    7. ## 维护者速读(草稿), read sentence by sentence at the head. The counts hold (70 documents / 248 nodes; 43 runtime rows in the zod pin plus its type-level block, one render pin; skills/** net 0; 10787 changed lines, past the 5000 threshold); "渲染端一个字节不动" holds (packages/react and the renderers untouched; the render pin compares class string and subtree); the rollback note is right that the §3b sentences and the arm must revert together. One gloss, not a falsehood: "showcase 的 61 个运行时 flex 节点在两个校验面上全部通过" is the nodes' OWN verdict; the whole-subtree reading is 58/61 because of the object-metric tiles (item 4 above). Suggested, optional: "统一到 spec 的写法后,showcase 的 61 个运行时 flex 节点按节点自身判定在两个校验面上全部通过;整树读数 58/61,余下 3 处是 object-metric 的 filter 写法,与 flex 无关,已另立 finding(examples): the app-showcase command-center KPI tiles write object-metric filter as a record, which the spec's own ComponentPropsMap['object-metric'].filter refuses ("takes the ViewFilterRule ARRAY form") objectstack#21251。" 席位意见 is empty, as the draft says it is.
    8. The first dev report's out_of_scope_findings[1] named objectui#11397 as the carrier for §3b; the amendment 5941574748 moved it into this PR, and 56d5f7fd executes it within the stated budget. Closed.
    9. Process notes with no bearing on the diff: a detached base worktree for the before readings; model-free commit trailers; the §3b dev's PR-body PATCH (ordered by the amendment, bytes kept, read back identical); Node v22.22.2; the worktree renamed. Triage's "16 tests in 8 files" versus the dev's "30 in 7": the triage count was a simulation without the catalog move, the dev's is the measured red-first with it; neither is a claim about the head. Accepted. The amendment's "built at the mandated tier" is a process claim this record does not verify from the diff.
    10. Check-runs on the head at the stamp below: 43 runs; 40 success, 3 skipped by design (Test (coverage), its matrix row, dependabot), 0 failed, 0 in progress — the eight Test shards and their Test rollup (the last to complete, 22:35Z), Type Check, Spec Main Shape Gate, Lint, Build & E2E, Build Docs, Test (dist pins), Governed Surface Queue Guard, the five changeset checks, Doc Snippet Type Check, README Export Check, Skill Example Check, Skill Eval Token Check, Skill Guide Path Check and the rest. Their conclusions are the gate verdicts. The landing stays on the governed path: draft until an authorized APPROVED review, then the claiming seat lands it.

    item reading
shape Draft, base main. The first line is Fixes #11276 and the second is Clause-②: yes. 94 files, +6084 / −4703 = 10787 changed lines, past the 5000-line human-merge threshold. It is also GOVERNED (skills/**, one hunk). So it lands only after an authorized APPROVED review
the ruling (「A」 on objectui#11300; triage's addendum 5926377520) a new FlexBlockSchema arms the authored flex node on the object-chart construct. @objectstack/spec 17.5.0 has no ComponentPropsMap['flex'] row (55 rows, none flex), so the bag's direction / justify / align / gap / wrap are the flat FlexSchema mirror's own members by reference. No row is invented. The bag's children keeps the mirror's accept set and leaves the entries to the spec page walk, as the four page: containers do. The mirror's member double-reports nested refusals, a measured reason. Flat members are refused by name toward properties.KEY through the shared flatPropRefusals (a new optional detail argument; existing callers' messages are byte-identical), and body toward properties.children. objectui#6751's fence is revoked for flex only; stack and every other arm are untouched
rendering SchemaRenderer's hoist is untouched. A render pin draws a bag node and a stored flat node with equal classes and HTML
producers moved 70 catalog documents (248 nodes) moved: 68 by a JSON round trip, which the review reproduced byte for byte, and the 2 auth/ files by hand with their compact lines kept. Also moved: layout.md (3 nodes), flex.mdx, the types README and two examples, and @object-ui/core's flex() builder. Three emitters were kept for stated reasons, each one verified by the review
Acceptance the objectstack showcase's 16 flex sites (61 runtime nodes) pass both faces on their own verdict (strict was 0/61 at base). The whole-tree reading is 58/61; the other 3 are object-metric filter records, not flex. The real objectui validate binary refuses a flat flex by name with the bag prescription (the control) and accepts the bag
governed §3b (56d5f7fd) "All but flex take children and read every key off the node; flex takes its props and children in properties", and the intent sentence names the refusal. Net 0 of 0 lines (353 → 353). Disjoint from PR objectui#11404's hunks in the same file (git merge-file exit 0)
changeset prose (seat, sentence by sentence; the review read it too) .changeset/11276-flex-properties-bag.md: @object-ui/types minor, with a BREAKING (authoring) banner and migration text. .changeset/11276-core-flex-builder-properties-bag.md: @object-ui/core minor. Every sentence is true of the diff. objectui's narrowing-as-minor rule applies
tests red first: 30 failed in 7 files before the pins flipped. Runtime ablation (FlexSchema back for FlexBlockSchema): 37 red, with the object-chart / object-grid controls green. Child-list ablation: exactly the 3 judged-once rows red. Type-level reverse: 2 TS2344 with the refusal spread removed. Every restore is proven by blob equality. Union run: 384 files, 11192 tests
CI head 56d5f7fd39: 43 check-runs. 40 success, including Lint, Type Check, all eight Test shards, Spec Main Shape Gate and Governed Surface Queue Guard. 3 expected skips, 0 failure. Mergeable clean
PR body the seat corrected three statements made stale by the §3b commit (the census's governed row, the guard line, and the §3b Acceptance note), plus the 速读 draft's 61/61 sentence (now with the whole-tree 58/61), through issue_patch. Read back identical, so the squash message carries no false line

    Out-of-scope findings, one line each:

Landing. After an authorized approval: landing pre-check, remove needs-user-decision, pr_ready + automerge_enable. On MERGED, the seat verifies by content. Fixes closes objectui#11276, and the seat strips pm:dispatched.
