Maintainer ruling (2026-08-19, PM chat, verbatim): 「要求以后issue中的四维分析也用中文写」。
现行文本:SKILL.md 落卡/升级流程 ②「分析发评论 —— 英文,模板见 references」;四棱卡面块(os-decision-facets)四行实践上也是英文(见退役前 #9822 里的存量块)。本卡把这一处语言例外改为中文,与轮次报告的中文例外并列。
Scope —— .claude/skills/pm-dispatch/SKILL.md(治理面,人合)+ references 模板
- 落卡/升级流程 ②:「英文」→「中文」,并在语言政策处记为显式例外(与轮次报告同列),带裁定日期与原话。
- 四棱块:机器可寻标记
os-decision-facets逐字节不动(提取按字面 grep);四行内容改中文。轴标签拼写先查消费者再动:grepscripts/与分诊代裁置信门对四个英文轴名(platform long-term coherence / measured business pull / AI-agent error-resistance / startup scope discipline)的依赖 —— 有消费者 ⇒ 标签保留英文、内容中文(或同 PR 更新消费者并钉自测);无 ⇒ 标签一并中文。查证结果写进报告。 - references 里的决策分析模板(「模板见 references」所指文件)同步改中文示例。
