[17.0-rc][疑似平台] 自动化引擎 create_record(系统扫)插入的行 owner_id/organization_id/created_by 全 NULL —— 出生即连 admin 都无法改删;demo_bootstrap 十分钟内会"自愈" owner_id,真实安装没有这根拐杖 #700

Description

@yinlianghui

Found during the 17.0 GA acceptance sweep on @objectstack/* 17.0.0-rc.2 (current main), flow phase. Same root shape as #548 — the system-context insert path doesn't stamp platform ownership while sharing evaluates owner_id — but a different writer: the automation engine's create_record node under runAs:'system', not ctx.api action bodies. Filed separately so the fix isn't assumed covered by whichever patch closes #548.

Reproduction (observed live, timestamps from devserver2.log)

  1. 08:13:03 — manual trigger of the (runAs:'system') contract_renewal sweep created task ke6cdNQ91t9fPzPS and opportunity lXByXwj-XkTkWLgo.
  2. Both rows: owner_id = NULL, organization_id = NULL, created_by = NULL (the app-level owner lookup gets a value; the platform columns do not).
  3. 08:19 — as admin: DELETE → 403 FORBIDDEN; repair PATCH {owner_id:…} → 403 as well.
  4. 08:20 — the demo_bootstrap flow's 10-minute claim pass stamped owner_id on the rows.
  5. After that: the same PATCH/DELETE → 200.

Step 4/5 is the tell: nothing about the caller changed between the 403 and the 200 — only the row's owner_id did.

Impact

demo_bootstrap is demo scaffolding. On any real install (no demo_bootstrap), every record a scheduled sweep creates is born admin-untouchable: renewal tasks and opportunities (contract_renewal), stalled-deal tasks (opportunity_stagnation), forecast snapshot rows (forecast_snapshot). They cannot be edited, completed, reassigned, or deleted by anyone until someone intervenes at the DB level.

organization_id = NULL additionally leaves such rows outside the org partition — the same inconsistency class that produced the duplicate CASE-00003 observation in #698 (unique indexes on (organization_id, …) don't bite across the NULL boundary, and org-scoped queries may not see the rows at all).

Attribution

Platform (automation service, system-context insert path). The engine knows the org and could stamp it; for ownership, either stamp a system/service identity or the flow's declared operating identity — anything but NULL.

Transfer sweep (#1156, part 1) — outcome 2: the fix lands in hotcrm. Relabelled and kept here.

This one inverts its inherited disposition. The card is upstream:objectstack + pm:blocked on mirror objectstack#5494, and the obvious reading — mirror closed via a merged PR, therefore close here too — is wrong in both directions. Reading the actual upstream work shows the platform side is fully resolved and that the resolution deliberately hands the remaining duty to the app author. That duty is unfulfilled here.

The outcome test that was applied

Where would the fix land today? Answered by reading the upstream fix and its follow-on decision rather than the label or the mirror's closed state.

What the platform actually did, in two parts

Part 1 — user-triggered system runs: fixed. objectstack#5494 closed via merged PR objectstack#6153. The root cause was that resolveRunDataContext's system branch discarded the trigger's userId / tenantId, and all three platform stamps key on exactly what was discarded. The fix carries the trigger identity through under elevation (isSystem alone decides authorization; identity drives attribution), and fills owner_id from the acting user, fill-only. Its integration test replays this card's step-3→5 flip directly: the same member is denied on the NULL-born row and admitted on the stamped row.

Part 2 — schedule-fired runs: also resolved, but as an authoring duty, not an engine change. PR#6153 explicitly does not stamp a user-less run, and pins that in a test. That gap became objectstack#6155 ("Schedule 触发器不携带任何 org 上下文 … #5494 的用户缺席半边"), which went to the maintainer and was decided 2026-08-07 (Q1=B / Q2=A / Q3=A) and closed 2026-08-09:

    • created_by / owner_id stay NULL on a genuinely user-less run — settled contract, ADR-0118 D1: there is no acting user, and a sentinel or pseudo-user is the banned alternative. Not a defect.
    • organization_id is different — "which org does this row belong to" has a real answer for a scheduled sweep. The ruling (Q2=A) puts that answer in the flow author's hands: declare it in the create_record node's fields.organization_id. PR#6153's fill-only precedence already guarantees an author-set value wins.
    • Backed by a publish-time guard (Q3=A, objectstack#6285 → merged PR objectstack#6708): in a multi-org deployment, a platform-level scheduled flow containing create_record that does not set organization_id explicitly is rejected at publish.

Candidate "have the engine infer the org" was investigated and rejected on measured evidence — the flow-storage-org surface it assumed does not exist, and implementing it correctly collapses into per-org scheduling, which the same ruling forbids.

    Therefore

Every platform-side half of this card is closed. What remains is app-side and lands in this repo: this app's scheduled sweeps must declare organization_id on their create_record nodes — or this repo must record that its deployment posture makes the point moot. On the current platform that is not a workaround for a platform defect; it is the declared authoring contract, enforced at publish.

Note the shape is already familiar here: the rc.2 re-check found these flows explicitly setting owner_id: '{currentOpp.owner_id}' (opportunity-stagnation.flow.ts:107, contract-renewal.flow.ts:93). That is exactly the channel Q2=A designates — organization_id is the sibling that was never declared.

    Actions taken on this card

    • upstream:objectstack — removed. There is no open platform need; both halves are decided and landed upstream.
    • pm:blocked — removed. The blocker (objectstack#5494) is closed, and its successor objectstack#6155 is closed too.
    • prio:p1 → prio:p2. The P1 headline — "born admin-untouchable" — is gone twice over: the platform stamps user-triggered runs now, and the rc.2 re-check already found the flows setting owner_id themselves, so admin PATCH/DELETE returned 200. What is left is a data-partitioning correctness item that only bites a multi-org deployment.
    • bug — kept.
    • Left open. The declaration has not been made.

Scope for whoever picks it up

Declare organization_id on the create_record nodes of the scheduled sweeps this card names (contract_renewal, opportunity_stagnation, forecast_snapshot), or document that this app ships single-org — in which case organization_id NULL is semantically correct and the publish guard does not fire. Decide it explicitly rather than by omission; the publish guard turns getting it wrong into a deploy-time failure in exactly the deployments that care.

    What was NOT done here

No app boot, no probe, no source read of src/. The upstream half was verified by reading objectstack#6153's merged diff and objectstack#6155's ruling and closing record — not by re-measuring this repo. The hotcrm half above is therefore scope, not a measurement: whether these flows already set organization_id was not checked, and should be the first step of the follow-up. Also unverified: this app's actual multi-org posture. Two known-stale points in the body, both flagged previously and both immaterial to the above — the "app-level owner lookup" sentence predates #677, and the rc.2 re-check superseded the "born admin-untouchable" reproduction.

    Authority

    hotcrm 席位的原则是用平台的能力做元数据应用的开发,平台的需求应该转给平台

The ruling routes platform needs to the platform. The platform need this card carried has been met; what is left is this app using the platform's declared capability. The companion disposition 「关掉,只留指向镜像的指针」 does not apply — there is nothing left to mirror, and closing here would silently drop a real unmet authoring duty.

Triage: the platform half appears FIXED upstream and shipped in the version this repo now pins. Recommending closure — evidence below, not closing it myself since this is your card.

This was filed against @objectstack/* 17.0.0-rc.2. main is now on 17.0.0 GA.

The fix: objectstack#5494, landed as bdc8e709a (2026-08-07) — fix(service-automation): stamp org/owner/creator on runAs:'system' create_record per ADR-0118. The comment now sitting at the create site in builtin/crud-nodes.ts names this issue's exact failure:

#5494 — a BORN row must not escape the platform stamps. The run context now carries the trigger's user + org even under system elevation (so the audit hook stamps created_by and the driver's tenant machinery fills organization_id, exactly like a user-path insert); the ownership anchor has no such engine-side channel for system writes — the security middleware that stamps it short-circuits on isSystem — so the writer fills it here.

followed by stampSystemInsertOwner(fields, dataCtx, data, objectName) — i.e. all three columns this card reports as NULL.

Verified present in the published artefact, not just in main:

    $ npm pack @objectstack/service-automation@17.0.0 && grep -rlo "stampSystemInsertOwner" package/dist/
    package/dist/index.js.map
    package/dist/index.cjs.map

Publish timeline: #5494 merged 2026-08-07, @objectstack/service-automation@17.0.0 published 2026-08-14 — the fix is in range.

What I did not do: re-run this card's live reproduction (manual contract_renewal trigger → inspect the created rows). Static evidence is strong but it is not the same thing as watching the sweep produce a correctly-stamped row. Since the card was found by a live acceptance sweep, closing it deserves a live confirmation — and you have that rig.

Adjacent: #698 (the duplicate CASE-00003 / autonumber half this card refs) is already closed.

Leaving open and unlabelled for your call.

Retracting my closure recommendation above — it was wrong, and the reason is already on this card

Maintainer asked me to test this. Testing it first turned up that my previous comment should not have been written.

My error: I re-derived the platform half from scratch (objectstack#5494 → bdc8e709a → present in the published @objectstack/service-automation@17.0.0 artefact) and concluded "platform fixed ⇒ close". All of that evidence is correct and none of it is the point. The 2026-08-14 transfer sweep had already established the platform half was closed, and deliberately kept this card open anyway — because the upstream resolution hands a remaining duty to the app author, and that duty is unfulfilled here. I did not read that comment's conclusion before recommending the opposite of it. Closing on my recommendation would have silently dropped the one thing this card is now for.

The test you asked for — app-side half, answered decisively

The transfer sweep flagged this as unverified: "whether these flows already set organization_id was not checked, and should be the first step of the follow-up." Checked, on origin/main:

    flow create_record node owner_id organization_id
    contract_renewal create_renewal_task (:86) ✅ '{currentContract.owner_id}' (:93) ❌ absent
    contract_renewal create_renewal_opp (:134) ✅ '{currentContract.owner_id}' (:144) ❌ absent
    opportunity_stagnation create_followup_task (:100) ✅ '{currentOpp.owner_id}' (:107) ❌ absent
    forecast_snapshot create_forecast (:301) ✅ '{currentOwner.id}' (:305) ❌ absent

Four create_record nodes across three scheduled sweeps. Every one declares owner_id. Not one declares organization_id. The authoring duty the ruling assigned (objectstack#6155, Q2=A, 2026-08-07) is unmet on all of them — exactly as the transfer sweep suspected but did not confirm.

Note the shape: owner_id is declared because someone hit the pain and fixed it in the flow definition. organization_id is its sibling in the same fields bag, one line away, on all four nodes. Nothing about the code makes the omission visible.

This is not a P2 data-hygiene item any more — it is a publish-time failure

The transfer sweep recorded the guard that came with the ruling (objectstack#6285 → merged PR objectstack#6708):

in a multi-org deployment, a platform-level scheduled flow containing create_record that does not set organization_id explicitly is rejected at publish.

So on the current platform, HotCRM's three scheduled sweeps do not publish into a multi-org deployment. Not "produce badly-partitioned rows" — fail to install. That collides directly with the multi-tenant verification path being stood up in cloud (objectstack-ai/cloud#1350): the app pinned there as the multi-tenant showcase is currently an app whose sweeps the publish guard rejects. Whoever runs that verification first would meet this as an install error with no obvious link back to here.

⚠️ Not yet verified by me: that the guard fires for these specific flows. It is described as applying to "platform-level scheduled flows"; whether these three qualify, and whether an app-scoped schedule is treated differently, is read off objectstack#6155's closing record rather than measured against 17.0.0's shipped guard. That measurement is the first step of the card below, and if it comes back "the guard does not reach app-declared flows", the severity claim in this section is wrong and should be struck — the missing declaration would still be real, just not deploy-blocking.

    Disposition

    • Recommending closure: withdrawn.
    • The card stays open with its scope unchanged from the transfer sweep, now with the app-side half measured instead of suspected.
    • Taking it into the PM dispatch loop rather than leaving it on your desk — there is no decision left to make here. The ruling already decided (Q2=A: the flow author declares it); what remains is doing it, plus the alternative the transfer sweep left open (or record that this app ships single-org, in which case NULL is semantically correct). Given cloud#1350 is standing up a multi-org verification of this very app, the single-org escape hatch looks closed on the facts — declaring the field is the live branch.

Striking my deploy-blocking severity claim — measured wrong, per PR #1171

In my earlier comment I wrote:

HotCRM's three scheduled sweeps do not publish into a multi-org deployment. Not "produce badly-partitioned rows" — fail to install.

That is wrong. Struck. I flagged it at the time as read off objectstack#6155's closing record rather than measured, and set measuring it as the first step of the card. It was measured, and it does not hold.

The rule platform-schedule-create-record-org-missing lives only in @objectstack/metadata-protocol. It is deliberately not in @objectstack/lint's shared AUTHORING_RULES — the registry os validate / os build / os lint consult — because the CLI cannot know the two deployment facts the rule needs. pnpm build on this app reports 87 author-time warnings and zero occurrences of it.

It runs on exactly one path: saveMetaItem / publishMetaItem, the runtime metadata-authoring channel (Studio, MCP/AI agents, PUT /api/v1/meta/*). HotCRM's flows never reach it, and both package-install routes bypass it independently — the env channel answers 403 NOT_OVERRIDABLE for PUT /api/v1/meta/flows/contract_renewal, and the package-author channel returns early by construction (if (this.authoringChannel === 'package-author') return []).

The measurement is not merely negative, which is what makes it trustworthy: publishing a fresh schedule flow with a loop-nested create_record lacking the key really did return 422 INVALID_METADATA, and adding organization_id returned 200. The guard is real and does reach a flow of this exact shape — it just never sees HotCRM's, because HotCRM's arrive by a channel that does not consult it.

So this card is a data-correctness fix, not the unblocking of a failed install. The fix is still right; my framing of why was not. Anyone reading the cloud#1350 link in my struck paragraph should also drop the implication that the multi-tenant verification would meet this as an install error — it would meet it as silently mis-partitioned rows, which is harder to notice, not easier.

The trap the card could not have warned about, and the dev walked around

Worth recording here because it outlives this PR. The obvious binding for forecast_snapshot is the loop item, matching how the node already writes owner_id: '{currentOwner.id}'. That is wrong, and wrong silently: currentOwner is a sys_user row, and sys_user declares no organization_id at all — identity is global, it carries primary_business_unit_id instead. A token whose source key is absent interpolates to undefined and lands as NULL.

That failure passes every metadata-only check, the platform's publish guard included — the guard asks whether the key is declared and non-empty, never whether the token resolves. The PR's second ablation demonstrates it directly: swap the binding to '{currentOwner.organization_id}' and the metadata sweep stays green while only the runtime resolution test goes red. A declaration check cannot see this class of mistake, which is precisely why the PR carries both halves.

The node binds ownerAnyDeal instead — the crm_opportunity that the find_any_deal gate already proved non-null (edge b2 is the only route in) — which is also the semantically right answer: an owner's forecast belongs to the organization their pipeline is in.

Scope confirmed wider than the card claimed, and it came back the same

The card names three sweeps. The PR swept all of src/flows/: create_record appears in seven flows, and the other four (campaign_enrollment, lead_conversion, quote_generation, schedule_followup) are all type: 'screen' — user-invoked, so an acting user and an organization are present and the platform fills the column. Four scheduled create_record nodes exist and they are exactly the four the card lists.

    Where the payoff actually lands

Independent of the above: per #1161, @objectstack/organizations is cloud-private and unpublished, so an app built on published dependencies has no organizations at all and any posture request resolves to single + degraded (booting this app with OS_TENANCY_POSTURE=isolated refuses outright). Known and by design. The consequence is that this declaration pays off where HotCRM's stack is actually run walled — the cloud-side acceptance in #1161 item ② and objectstack-ai/cloud#1350. organization_id NULL stays correct on a single-org deployment, and the declaration produces exactly that, since the source rows carry no organization either.

    One boundary explicitly not measured

Everything above is against a local objectstack start. The install path used by objectos-ee on a walled cloud deployment was reasoned from the two channel branches, not executed — no walled cloud deployment was available to drive. If that path turns out to consult assertRuntimeAuthoringRules differently, the struck severity claim would need re-examining rather than simply reinstating.

Not a garbage string — a silent NULL. Combined with a publish guard that only checks the key is declared and non-empty, '{currentOwner.organization_id}' would have turned every check green over rows still born outside the partition.",

Semantically right too: an owner's forecast belongs to the org their pipeline is in."

Note on out_of_scope_findings: the one candidate I hit — this app cannot boot in a walled tenancy posture because it does not declare @objectstack/organizations — was not filed. Searching first turned up #1161, which establishes that package is cloud-private and unpublished and that the full multi-org acceptance belongs in cloud, not here. It is documented design, closed not_planned, so a new issue would have been a duplicate.

Fixes rather than Part of: the whole live scope is closed — all four scheduled create_record nodes now declare organization_id, and the guard question the card left open is answered decisively rather than deferred.

Addendum to my report above — surfacing a surprise rather than acting on it.

The comment immediately preceding mine ("Striking my deploy-blocking severity claim — measured wrong, per PR #1171", issuecomment-5306002860, 05:54:15Z) was not written by me, though it carries the same GitHub identity I post under and restates my PR's findings. It appeared between my opening PR #1171 (05:53:21Z) and my posting the report (05:54:32Z).

I have not edited, reverted or otherwise touched it — under the shared identity another actor's write is indistinguishable from mine at the assignee/author level, and correcting it is not mine to do. Recording it so the PM can reconcile who struck the claim, since my own report also recommends striking it and the two now say so twice.

Nothing in it contradicts my measurements. One point of care for whoever reconciles: it states the multi-tenant verification "would meet this as silently mis-partitioned rows". That follows from my measurements only for a deployment that actually has organizations — which, per #1161, is a cloud deployment and not this repo's own.
