The #597 tracker stamps survive on analytics/cubes and analytics/reports too — six more files, a third surface family #1847
Description
Found while fixing #1844, which sweeps marketing/campaigns.*, guides/email-and-calendar.* and marketing/index.*. ⛔ Out of that card's scope — the dispatch names nine files and these are not among them, so this is filed rather than fixed there.
The finding
#597 removed first_opened_date / first_clicked_date from crm_campaign_member. #1829 cleaned campaign-members.*, #1844 is cleaning the campaigns / email-guide / marketing-index pages — and a third family still stamps the two dead fields, in all three locales:
1. content/docs/analytics/cubes.mdx:72 (+ .zh-Hans / .zh-Hant)
crm_campaign_memberstamps First Opened, First Clicked, Response Date and Responded per member.
Two of those four fields do not exist. The object declares eight fields (src/objects/campaign_member.object.ts), of which the response block is status · response_date · has_responded.
2. content/docs/analytics/reports.mdx:95 (+ .zh-Hans / .zh-Hant)
The same sentence, verbatim, in the "why there is no campaign cube" passage.
3. content/docs/analytics/reports.mdx:98 — the paraphrase, English only
Campaign Engagement — same reason, one layer down: the opens, clicks and responses are stamped on each member record, and nothing rolls them up.
This is the harder half: no phantom field is named, so a token grep does not reach it, but the sentence tells the reader that opens and clicks are stamped somewhere. They are not stamped anywhere — the app tracks no opens, clicks or bounces at all (the platform email service is outbound delivery with a queued | sent | failed message state, no pixel, no click webhook, no bounce feed). Its Chinese twins at :98 should be re-read for the same paraphrase when this is fixed.
Why it matters more here than it looks
These two pages are arguing why campaign analytics has no cube — an argument whose force comes from an accurate inventory of what the records do carry. Listing two fields that were deleted makes the inventory wrong in the reader's favour: it suggests per-member open/click data exists and merely is not aggregated, which is the opposite of the truth.
The campaign half of the same sentence is correct and should stay: crm_campaign's counters and the two formula fields are real, and the Performance section it names is a real form section (src/views/campaign.view.ts:163-175) and a real detail-page field group (campaign.object.ts:37-43).
What a fix looks like
The same treatment #1829 and #1844 got: replace the two dead stamps with the response block the object really ships — Status, Response Date, Has Responded — and reword reports.mdx:98 (plus its Chinese twins, if they carry the paraphrase) so it says responses rather than opens and clicks. crm_campaign_member; #597 removed them because nothing could write them.
test/docs-conversion-rate-spelling.test.ts, which requires 转化率 / 轉化率 to be present on analytics/cubes and analytics/reports in both Chinese locales — a rewrite of these paragraphs must leave that spelling in place. docs-analytics-vocabulary.test.ts also reads the analytics pages against src/reports/, src/datasets/ and src/dashboards/.
Where it came from
The same gap #1829 and #1844 record: #597 trimmed the metadata and no doc surface was swept with it. Nothing in CI reads these claims — a sweep of test/ and scripts/ for Opened|Clicked|Bounced|Open rate|Click rate returns only CasesOpenedByDayPriorityReport, an unrelated service report.
Refs: #597 (the removal) · #1829 (member page, fixed) · #1844 (campaigns + email guide + marketing index, in flight).

main:analytics/cubes.mdx:72andanalytics/reports.mdx:95both carry, verbatim: "crm_campaign_memberstamps First Opened, First Clicked, Response Date and Responded per member." Two of those four fields were deleted by Campaign member lifecycle: support contacts, live metrics, and trim tracker fields that have no writer #597. The object's real response block isstatus·response_date(:231) ·has_responded(:241).⭐ The filing says
reports.mdx:98's paraphrase is "English only" and asks for the Chinese twins to be re-read. I read them: they carry it too.:98— 「同样的原因,只是低一层:打开、点击与响应都盖在各个成员记录上」:98— 「同樣的原因,只是低一層:開啟、點擊與回應都蓋在各個成員記錄上」So the paraphrase is three files, not one.

{ "issue": 1847, "status": "done", "branch": "claude/issue-1847-analytics-tracker-docs", "pr": "https://github.com/objectstack-ai/hotcrm/pull/1852", "premise_still_valid": true, "summary": "Every site the filing and the PM re-measured held, and the PM's correction of the filing held too: `reports.mdx:98`'s paraphrase is carried in all three locales, not English only, and `cubes.*` carries no equivalent (re-checked independently — the three open/click hits on cubes.mdx are all about cases, and the Chinese siblings return zero hits for 打开/点击/開啟/點擊). Six files rewritten: `crm_campaign_member` now records Status / Response Date / Has Responded under Response Tracking (campaign_member.object.ts:215, :232, :242, group at :95), and each page states the stronger fact the old wording hid — an open or a click is not an unaggregated figure but an unrecorded one (object docblock :12-28: outbound-only email service, queued|sent|failed, no pixel, no click webhook, no bounce feed). ⭐ ONE DISPATCH RULING DID NOT SURVIVE MEASUREMENT: 'the campaign half of the same sentence is correct and stays' is true of the FIELDS and false of their SECTION. Both sentences place the whole money block in *Performance*; five of the fields they name are grouped under *Budget & ROI* — budgeted_cost (campaign.object.ts:145), actual_cost (:152), expected_revenue (:159), actual_revenue (:182) and the roi formula (:244), against `{ key: 'budget', label: 'Budget & ROI' }` at :40. The form agrees and says why (campaign.view.ts:157-160 puts roi beside the two manual-entry cost fields it divides by). *Performance* (:41, form at campaign.view.ts:163-175) holds the six counters and response_rate. Fixed rather than filed: it is one clause of the sentence this card exists to rewrite, and it is PR #1850's *Costs* → *Budget & ROI* defect one page over. The counters also now use their declared labels (Number Sent / Number of Responses / Number of Leads / Converted Leads / Opportunities Created / Won Opportunities, :201-231) instead of the compressed `Num …` transcription. zh-Hans takes 响应/已响应 from the zh-CN pack and the negative claim from campaign-members.zh-Hans:59; zh-Hant mirrors it as 回應/已回應 with 開啟/點擊/退信 and 彙總, never a mechanical conversion. No callout was added on either page (both are 0/0/0 today), so the negative claim sits inside the inventory it corrects — callout parity is unchanged. ⛔ No metadata change, nothing in test/**, no releases/ edit.", "tests": "pnpm verify stage by stage on the committed tree fa0efba, every exit code captured before any pipe (cmd > log 2>&1; EXIT=$?): validate 0 (4 warning(s), 12 suggestion(s), all pre-existing, none on crm_campaign*) · typecheck 0 · lint 0 · lint:i18n-gate 0 ('✓ i18n lint gate: 0 `i18n/missing-*` issues') · hygiene 0 ('✓ source hygiene clean') · hygiene:tokens 0 ('✓ source token ratchet clean', authored total ~138,265 of ~140,000 — unmoved, the ratchet measures src/**/*.ts only) · build 0 ('dist/objectstack.json (1916.9 KB)') · test 0 ('Test Files 165 passed (165) / Tests 3455 passed | 1 skipped (3456)'). ABLATIONS — two guards this PR did not break, each mutated after committing, proven on disk, then restored with `git checkout HEAD -- PATH` and the restoration proven by an empty `git diff HEAD` plus a blob hash equal to the HEAD blob: (1) docs-conversion-rate-spelling carrier leg — replaced 「按人物画像的转化率」 with 「按人物画像的每线索成本」 on cubes.zh-Hans.mdx (转化率 count 1→0, injected count 1, blob ed7f4bc→6ae12b3) → exit 1, \"× 'analytics/cubes' still states the metric in both scripts\", AssertionError expected … to contain '转化率', 1 failed | 3 passed; restored to ed7f4bc. (2) docs-locale-callouts parity leg — inserted one English-only `> callout` into reports.mdx (blockquote lines 0→1, marker count 1, blob d29a8a5→f9d0e25) → exit 1, 'content/docs/analytics/reports.zh-Hans.mdx: 0 callout(s), but content/docs/analytics/reports.mdx has 1' and the same for .zh-Hant; restored to d29a8a5. The PR body carries the full guard table: 13 guards that read these six files with the reason each stayed green, plus four that read docs by list and do not reach them (named so the absence is a reading, not an omission).", "mcp_calls": "2 — both `search_issues`, for the out-of-scope duplicate check. Both pages already use italics correctly for phantoms elsewhere, so it is an inconsistency inside a page.
